The Global Client Experience Study, powered by Dimensional, is a white-label tool that allows advisors to gather feedback from clients directly utilizing a secure online questionnaire. The study is customizable and includes a set of standard demographic questions focused on values and services, client engagement and interaction, investments, referrals. Once the fielding period is complete, firms will receive access to a reporting dashboard, allowing you to view and analyze client responses and compare your data to the larger peer group.

Back to Back: ETF.com Again Names Dimensional as ETF Issuer of the Year
Dimensional Fund Advisors received two awards at the 2024 ETF.com Awards gala, including a back-to-back win as ETF Issuer of the Year.
